Nidah offers an environment of quiet calm for Eldorado guests and local residents who are 16 years of age and over. Please respect the privacy and solitude of the other spa guests by speaking softly and turning off cell phones and pagers. The spa and salon are open daily from 8am to 8pm.

Appointments & Cancellations

Scheduling your appointment prior to arrival at Eldorado is strongly recommended. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card. Be sure to mention any medical or special needs when making your appointment, and avoid the body wrap treatments and steam room if you have high blood pressure or are pregnant.

Since treatment and package times are reserved especially for you, cancellations must be made by 8pm the day before your service to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.

When You Arrive

Please plan to arrive fifteen (15) minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you enough time to complete any paper work and to change and relax for your treatment (late arrivals will recieve whatever time remains of their appointment but will be charged the full rate).

Please do not bring valuables, because Nidah is not responsible for personal belongings left in lockers.

Before Your Treatment

You'll be provided with a robe and slippers upon arrival. Undergarments are not necessary, but may be worn during your treatment if you prefer. Nidah's licensed therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body to provide privacy at all times.

It is recommended that you avoid shaving on the day of an exfoliation treatment because that may cause a stinging sensation, but alternative exfoliation treatments are available.

Prices & Gratuities

Prices listed here are per person. For in-suite massage, add $30 per person. Taxes and gratuities are not included.

Most guests leave a gratuity of at least 15-20%, which may be added to your overall charge and paid with any major credit card, cash or check, or billed to your room.

Gift Certificates

Nidah staff will be happy to provide recommendations for spa services to fit any taste and personality. Gift certificates may be redeemed for products and services, not for cash. They may be ordered by phone or in person and mailed anywhere in the USA.
